How pricing works
None of this is a subscription. The first call is free, you pay for the audit next, for a build only if you go ahead, and nothing after that gets billed unless you ask for it.
Every build is handed over with the wiki and the first training session included, running on accounts you own.
Why one-time
Tools priced per user bill you for as long as you use them, and the bill grows with your team. We work the other way round: we build the tool, hand it over documented, and step back. It runs on accounts you own, so nothing renews in our name.
If you go ahead with a build, we set a fixed price after the audit, based on what it found.
What it costs to run
Most of what we build runs on Google Workspace and on the free plan of Supabase, the online database the tools use.
If your team ever outgrows the free plan, that bill goes to Supabase, not to us, and we add nothing on top.
The guarantee
For six months after delivery, if anything isn't working the way it should, we fix it at no cost. That doesn't cover new features, or breakage caused by a third-party platform changing underneath it.
