Raio is an operations consultancy for teams that have outgrown the spreadsheet.

We work with small teams on problems like these. It's hard to see what's happening across teams and projects, so people ask around or wait for the next meeting. Hours go into repetitive updates, emails, and copying information between tools. Information is spread across spreadsheets and email threads, and nobody is sure which version is current. And the way work is organised no longer fits the day-to-day reality.

We look at how work actually moves through your team, find where it doubles back, waits, or gets redone, and rebuild those steps so the same work takes less effort and runs the same way every time. Where a step can be simplified or automated, we build a custom tool for it instead of adding another off-the-shelf product. Where that lets you drop subscriptions, your software costs go down. We don't charge recurring fees, and nothing we build comes with a monthly subscription.

What we aim for: operations that don't need constant attention, a clear view of what's happening, far less manual repetition, one current version of the information instead of several, and a way of working that matches how the team actually operates.
